Sleep on it, dream on it — if you don’t love it, we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. We know it can take at least 15 days to adjust to a new mattress. So, we give you a 30-Nights Trial to try our mattresses out. If you’re not 100% comfortable on it, we’ll pick it up, pack it and give you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must request your return within 30 nights from the date of delivery. The product must be in a flawless condition to be eligible for a return (e.g. no stains, tears or other soiling). A wrong size order will not qualify for an exchange nor return. Please make sure that you measure your bed frame before ordering your mattress. Wrong size mattresses are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
Return/Refund or Exchange only applies to the standard mattress sizes we offer.
The Return Policy applies to the first purchase of each mattress. Subsequent mattress purchases voids the return. You will be refunded 100 percent of the amount noting that on finance orders, interest or processing fees paid are not refunded.
Returns within the UAE city limits are free of delivery charges. Products outside the UAE are not eligible for returns.
We reserve the right to deny the 30-Nights Trial to anyone in breach of these terms. The 30-Nights Trials is intended to keep genuine customers safe and give them an opportunity to try the product. Therefore, we ask for feedback on why you have returned it as part of any return. If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the product for reasons other than genuine dissatisfaction with the product, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or not give you a refund. We also retain the right to refuse to sell any products to you in the future, whether on the site or otherwise.
This return policy extends only to the original purchaser of any Mattress Souq, Spring Air and Springwall mattress purchased from our site or our stores. The return policy is valid only for the period of time the Mattress Souq, Spring Air and Springwall mattresses are owned by the original purchaser.
