REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

If you don’t like your mattress within 30 days of delivery, simply email us on wecare@mattresssouq.com with your order number and we will refund or exchange as per your choice, subjected to your eligibility.

  • No charges for pick-up
  • No hidden costs
  • Return and Exchange takes up to 7 working days.
  • PLEASE NOTE that on finance orders (Tabby payment), interest or processing fees paid are not refunded.
  • Returns within the UAE city limits are free of delivery charges. However, products cannot be returned from outside the UAE.
  • Refunds and/or returns are only applicable on Spring Air, Springwall and Mattress Souq mattresses.
  • Please note that exchanging your mattress is only allowed once under 30 Nights trial.

30 Nights Trial Period is not valid for custom sizes and specifications. Mattress in a Box models, Accessories, Bed Frames and Divan Bed Bases are not included in the 30 Nights Trial Period and are not eligible for refunds and returns.
