If you don’t like your mattress within 30 days of delivery:-
Simply email us on wecare@mattresssouq.com with your order number
and we will refund or exchange as per your choice, subjected to your eligibility.

- Return and Exchange takes 7 working days.
- PLEASE NOTE that on finance orders (Tabby payment), interest or processing fees paid are not refunded.
- Returns within the UAE city limits are free of delivery charges. However, products cannot be returned from outside the UAE.Please note that exchanging your mattress is only allowed once under 30 Nights trial.
30 nights trial is not valid for custom sizes and specifications.
Mattress in a Box, Accessories and Divan Beds are not included in 30 Night Trial.
