Terms of Warranty

1-Year Service Warranty for your bed frame, covering specific external structural elements to ensure your bed remains functional and stable. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the bed frame.

What is Covered:

External Structural Elements:

1. • Bed Legs: We will repair or replace any bed legs that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.
   • Frame Tightening: If your bed frame requires tightening to maintain its structural integrity, we will provide this service at no additional cost.

What is Not Covered

• Slats: This warranty does not cover any damage to the slats of the bed frame.
• Normal Wear and Tear: General wear and tear that occurs with regular use.
• Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
• Modifications: Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
• Upholstery Repair: Decolorization or tearing of the upholstered fabric.

This 1-Year Service Warranty is effective as of 8^th June, 2024 and applies to all bed frames purchased on or after this date
