If you decide that your Mattress Souq products aren’t right for you within 30 nights, the return process is easy.
To return the mattress, contact our Customer Service team. We’ll arrange a pick-up and refund you. You don’t need to pack anything to get the bed ready for return. Our delivery team will remove the mattress directly from your home.
FOR EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for Mattress Souq mattress during the 30 Nights Trial.
If you are exchanging the mattress, send us an email or call us and let us know you’d like to make an exchange. We’ll process the price difference and ship you a new Mattress Souq bed. Please note that exchanging your mattress will void the 30
Nights trial for your second Mattress Souq bed.
