Normal delivery period is 3 days and at times may change depending on the item you order. Our Delivery Team will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
On the day of delivery you will receive a phone call from our delivery team before 10.30am to confirm the time of delivery. We provide free delivery within city limits. The deliveries to Ras Al Khaimah are on Sunday and Wednesday. Also deliveries to Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Dibba regions may take extra days depending on the quantities of orders to the region.

We recommend rotating your mattress every two weeks for the first three months of use and then every month thereafter.
To make a claim under the warranty, we will require details of the invoice number. Without this we cannot guarantee we will be able to trace your order details, which would result in us not being able to verify your claim.
This common misconception is incorrect. The level of softness or firmness is a question of preference. Whether mattress is soft or hard, it should give you the same correct back support you need.
It may be advisable to replace the mattress anywhere from 7 to 10 years.
Firstly, you can ensure that the foundation or box spring is well supportive, thus preventing deformity of the mattress. Additionally, you could also vacuum the mattress to remove any embedded dust and unwanted particles. Rotating and flipping your mattress from time to time also helps relieve sagging and shifting of inside contents.
Vacuuming is the best way you can keep your mattress clean. You can also wipe gently with water and mild soap to remove stains, and make sure your mattress is completely dry before you put the pad, cover, sheets etc., on top.
Unfortunately we can’t take your old mattress away. If you can get down to your local recycling center or contact your local council and arrange collection.

We do recommend that if you are replacing your mattress because of its age then you should also consider replacing the base at the same time.
